Kerri Ikenberry, RN, BSN, CCM, Executive Director
Kerri brings 35+ years of nursing leadership across acute and community care, including two decades in community‑based LTSS. As a registered nurse, she leads a multidisciplinary team of 100 clinicians, guiding highly individualized care for people with complex needs.

True partnership starts with listening—understanding our clients' LTSS goals and the people they serve. Helping members achieve greater independence and quality of life leads to better outcomes for everyone. Seeing that impact firsthand is incredibly rewarding and fuels my passion for this work every day.
