Kathy Petkauskos, Executive Director
Kathy brings 25+ years of experience advancing disability‑focused employment services at the state, regional, and national levels. She leads initiatives that build employer capacity and drive inclusive workforce practices across healthcare and other sectors.
For decades, I've watched people with disabilities—my own daughter included—strive for the chance to work and contribute. I've also witnessed the incredible progress that happens when employers, families, and professionals come together with a shared purpose.
