We partnered with state Medicaid, corrections, and community providers to launch a behavioral health initiative for over 2,400 justice‑involved individuals, improving care navigation, reducing overdoses, and strengthening cross-system coordination.
Justice & Health Equity
Promoting equitable outcomes for justice involved people by helping to close healthcare gaps and support successful reentry
Public safety organizations need trusted public health expertise to address the complex health and reentry needs of the people in their care. We operate at the intersection of justice and public health, helping to close service gaps, improve continuity of care, reduce recidivism risk, and ensure health transitions that support long-term reentry success.
