Enhancing Clinical Nursing Education through Academic-Healthcare Organization Collaboration

This presentation detailed the importance of partnerships between academic institutions and healthcare organizations to enhance clinical nursing education. The Nursing Council on Workforce Sustainability (NCWS) explored how hospitals can use experienced nursing staff as clinical instructors for nursing students and create a mutually beneficial relationship.
