Biography

Hometown: Baldwin, ME

Undergraduate Institution: Fordham University, Bronx, NY

Future Plans: I am currently interested in trauma surgery, critical care, and emergency general surgery.

Why UMASS?: UMass was the interview in which I felt like I had found my home in the people that I had met. They described the genuine camaraderie and trust that they had in each other, and the emphasis that they all placed upon putting their patients first and being dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. I am so ecstatic to be part of a program like that and to learn from their commitment to clinical excellence.

Favorite thing to do in Worcester: I grew up playing soccer in Worcester for my travel team, but never had the opportunity to explore beyond that. I look forward to being able to explore the food culture around Worcester, as well as the diversity in outdoor activities.
