 What is the problem/waste? Numerous patients arrive at one time and are delayed getting paper work

 Why is it happening? We don't have the paperwork ready before patients arrive

 Idea: Should get more clipboards and have the paperwork ready for patients

 What is the problem? Hair hanging over body

 Why is it happening? People with long hair hangs over patients bodies

 Idea: Have hair elastics or clips available

 What is the problem/waste? Do not have easy access to credentialing book for inspections 

 Idea: Add most pertinent documents needed for inspections on the Sharepoint site.

 Idea: Ultrasound- Adding annotations to spectral imaging to reduce the number of peer vue  questions and fixing billing and  coding questions.
