New Members of the Radiology IT Team

Patrick St. Jean, director of UMass radiology information technology, formally welcomed two new members of the Radiology IT Team; Crystal Miller and Riley Cobb!

 

Riley Cobb joins the team having most recently been a Diagnostic Tech at our Memorial campus.  Riley will be focused on supporting the Medical Center over the next year.  Riley has a background in both CT and X-ray and has been a part of the UMass system for nine years. Riley is in school for software development at Western Governors University. He is using his clinical background, technical knowledge and critical thinking skills to excel in radiology IT. He is driven to always learn and grow professionally but prefers a quiet, cozy personal life with his girlfriend. In Riley’s free time he enjoys spending time with his dog Pete, tending to his garden and going for hikes.

Crystal Miller joins us from Harrington Hospital and will be supporting that environment leading into the October, 2023 cut-over.  Crystal has 7 years of experience working as an Application Analyst, and a total of 19 years of experience working in healthcare at Harrington Hospital. Crystal is a dedicated employee with excellent communication, time management and computer troubleshooting skills.  She is known by her peers as an innovative team player that is always willing to assist.  She is currently enrolled at UMass Lowell, where her goal is to obtain her bachelor's degree in computer science.  Crystal was born in Upstate NY and is a proud mother of 4 amazing children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and making memories with her family.
