Farewells

Recently the department had parties to bid farewell to two staff members. Best wishes to Janet Greene and Ruth Lopriore! You will be missed!

Janet Greene as the Epic Transformation and Integration Manager was instrumental bringing the Radiology Department on board with EPIC. Janet has taken a position as Patient Navigator for the Joint Bundle Program in the MSK Service line in Orthopedics where her focus is on hip and knee replacements. She helps guide the patients through the process utilizing the experience and research learned by the group.

Ruth Lopriore was the coordinator of the Anatomical Gifts Program and had served in several other departments at UMMS before joining Radiology. She has accepted a position as a Technical Advisor for Community Software Group, a local software company that provides case management software to social service agencies throughout the US, primarily to anti-poverty agencies. She will be assisting end users, giving software trainings, assisting developers with software testing and other tasks as they arise.
