Go Red for Women Annual Basket Raffle

The Go Red team raised more than $10,000 through their annual raffle basket fundraiser for the American Heart Association. The team was led by Kathy Green, Senior Director of Radiology Services, assisted by Vilma Merkelis; Marcia Amaral and Michele Foley at Memorial, Susan Gustafson atFront Street, Linda Anderson and Sharon Krupski at Hahnemann. Many thanks go to all those who assisted each day moving baskets back and forth and helping with ticket sales; Tim Clark, Kevin Reynolds, Steve Beaudoin, Steve Giangrande, Debbie Pellegrino, Diane Kuindersma, Kaitlin McFadden, Jason Wilder, and Phil Bottone. More than fifty (50) baskets were donated by many UMass Memorial departments. Congratulations to the more than 50 winners and thank you to the Go Red team and those who supported educating our employees about women and heart disease. Over the last 4 years, the team raised a total of $38,901!
