Hello Mr. Dickson,
My 17 year-old son, XXXX, had an MRI at your hospital last evening and I felt compelled to share with you our experience. From the moment we were greeted by the woman at the front desk and throughout the testing process, we received exceptional care. The technician provided a concise overview of the testing which reassured my son that he was in a safe place.
Despite experiencing a reaction to the injection of the fluid, the staff (technicians/nurses/physician) responded like true professionals as they clearly described what was happening. Moreover, the test was successfully completed and we were on our way after safety measures were in place.
You should feel proud of your MRI staff. And I will be sure to share my wonderful experience with others. Best Wishes!

Letter to Radiology Department Chair Max Rosen, MD, MPH
To Whom It May Concern,
I just wanted to share the most unbelievably positive hospital experience I have had in a long time. I brought my mother to the Memorial campus yesterday for a CT scan & X-ray. Her appointment was at 1:30 p.m. We were brought in right away for the X-ray. The tech was fantastic with my mother who is not very ambulatory. Another employee came by and heard my mother still needed a CT scan and brought us to that waiting room. When she saw that room was filled, she asked me to wait a minute. Somehow, we went right into the CT room. Again, that tech was very accommodating. When that test was done, he heard me mention the valet & had me use a "short cut" to the side valet station.
It was 2:15 as I was pulling away from the hospital! It is so difficult getting my mother to all of her appointments. As someone who used to work in healthcare (and review the patient surveys), I know you don't hear the positives too often. This was off-the-chart positive.
