Department of Medicine Physicians and Staff Recognized for Exceptional Care

Members of the Department of Medicine were recently praised for their exceptional care. The patient commended Laurie Pearson, MD, assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology, Sandeep Jubbal, MD, assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Immunology, Ethan Senser, MD, assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, and many other medical center staff for their outstanding care throughout the patient’s six-month hospital stay. 

“The entire staff at UMass Memorial was incredible! They made a terrible situation more than tolerable with all their expertise, compassion, and encouragement. I can truthfully say that I think I received ‘above and beyond’ care and met so many friendly and talented staff along my journey.”
