Musculoskeletal Imaging

Welcome to the Division of Musculoskeletal (MSK) Imaging & Intervention. Our division specializes in the imaging of bone, joint and soft tissue disorders: Arthritis, trauma, tumor, infection, metabolic disease, and sports medicine. Our staff works in close collaboration with our colleagues in Orthopedic Surgery, Orthopedic Oncology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Podiatry, Rheumatology, and Sports Medicine to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to patient evaluation and treatment. We provide subspecialty interpretations and consultative services 7 days a week to our referring clinicians. 

Our division is composed of eight talented and dedicated attending radiologists, all of whom are UMass Chan Medical School (UMass Chan) faculty and sub-specialize in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention.

Three of the six fellowship-trained radiologists are members of the Society of Skeletal Radiology (SSR). In addition to our faculty, our division is also staffed by a full time clinical fellow who supports the mission of our division: to provide competent, courteous, and compassionate patient care to our patients.
