Medical Education

The Hospital Medicine faculty are committed clinician educators serving the UMass Chan student and residency programs. Many of our faculty hold educational leadership positions including the Vice Chair for GME, Medicine Residency Program Director, Sub-internship Director, Longitudinal Preceptors, and Master Clinician Educators. They have been honored as recipients of many educational awards, with three faculty having received the department’s prestigious “Teacher of the Year” award.
