Using an Equity Framework in Employment Practice Implementation

This webinar is the first offering in the Knowledge Implementation Track of the KT Academy at the Center on Knowledge Translation for Employment Research (CeKTER) and will address the topic of Equity in Implementation for employment-focused NIDILRR grantees, and their related collaborators. The presentation explores the concept of, and strategies for, promoting equitable implementation science and is led by Dr. Ana A. Baumann, a leader the field of health disparities, dissemination, and implementation research.

This webinar is for researchers and their collaborators working on knowledge translation of findings of topics related to employment and individuals with disabilities. In addition, anyone interested in equity in implementation science is welcome to participate.

About our presenter

Ana A. Baumann, PhD.

Dr. Ana A. Baumann is a Research Assistant Professor in the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. Her research agenda focuses on identifying strategies to facilitate the implementation and dissemination of evidence-based interventions in low-resource settings nationally and globally. Dr. Baumann is a co-director of the Dissemination and Implementation Research Core (DIRC), a methods core at the Institute of Clinical and Translational Sciences (ICTS) that provides methodological expertise to advance translational research to inform and move efficacious health practices from clinical knowledge to routine care.
