Knowledge Translation Projects
Knowledge translation (KT) is the cycle of bridging science to practice and practice to science. It is a systematic process of involving end users in a collaborative effort, to identify and tailor needed information, based in research, in a way that supports the end users in making decisions and implementing implied changes. Additionally, it identifies new issues and practices used in the field as topics for new investigation.
