Survival surgery for in vivo experiments

At 4~5 days before in vivo experiments, mice will be anesthetized with an intraperitoneal injection of ketamine and xylazine, and an indwelling catheter will be inserted in the right internal jugular vein. Mice will be housed in individual cages and monitored for post-operative recovery and weight gain.
