Dissociated Tissue Cells
Dissociated Normal & Tumor Cells are a single cell suspension that are dissociated from a solid tumor or adjacent tissue using enzymes and mechanical dissociation. These include tumor, epithelial, and immune cells as well as fibroblasts. Viable cells per vial is donor and lot dependent. Cells are stored in cryopreservation media (CryoStor® CS10).
Infectious Disease Testing: Not tested for infectious diseases. This material should be handled at the Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) as recommended in the CDC/NIH manual “Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories”, 2009
