Future plans: Possibly pediatric or trauma Surgery, but I’m keeping an open mind
Why UMASS?: It’s nearly impossible to find a program with such great patient diversity, trauma exposure, case numbers, research opportunities, and incredible leadership, but somehow UMass has it all. Plus, all the residents are supportive and there is a true familial atmosphere here.
Favorite thing to do in Worcester: There are so many great restaurants and breweries to try, and watching the Woo Sox play at Polar Park has been really fun! I’m also really excited to catch Railers hockey games over the winter at the DCU center.
