BiographyHometown: Port-au-Prince, Haiti/Brooklyn, NY Undergraduate Institution: Boston University Medical School: Stony Brook University School of Medicine Other degrees: MPH- Boston University School of Public Health, MS-Stony Brook University Future plans: Colorectal surgery, Academic surgery, Clinical research Why UMASS?: I first came to UMASS as a visiting medical student and was instantly drawn to the camaraderie within the residency. It was also clear that I would be supported to pursue my research interests in addition to being provided with excellent surgical training. Favorite thing to do in Worcester? The perfect Worcester day would include all the following: a morning run at Lake Park, brunch at BirchTree Bread company, strolling and shopping at Crompton Collectibles, and lastly dinner at Bocados Tapas Bar.
