White Coats For Black Lives (WC4BL)

We are teamed with the WC4BL UMass chapter to promote institutional diversity and the dismantling of discrimation in health care. 

Our goals align with those of the nationals goals:

1. Bringing active attention to racism as a concern of public health
2. Understanding the role our implicit biases take in our delivery of health care, and ensuring fair and equal access to medical care for patients of all backgrounds
3. Placing continued value in raising future physicians to advocate racial justice
