All abstracts must be submitted on-line through the abstract submission system. Abstracts that are sent via e-mail or fax will not be included in the abstract assessment process by the Scientific Committee. Any abstracts submitted after the deadline will be eligible for poster presentations only. Please also note that we can only allow one abstract per presenting author. Abstracts will not be published and authors also reserve the right to publish their work elsewhere.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizers to ensure that the topic of the submission is consistent with the scope of the topics covered at the symposium. A small number of abstracts will be selected for short talks by the organizing committee.
Once the abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present at the conference.
If you select "Yes" that you want to apply for an inclusivity grant and/or family support award, you must submit an application.
