Ashley Caruso

Ashley brings extensive administration experience to the RNA Therapeutics Institute. For the past 5 years, she worked at Clark University in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, providing DEI related programming and events for the University as well as administrative support for both the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the President’s Office. She also managed the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate program at Clark. Prior to that, she was a Senior Medical Admin Secretary for Dr. David McManus at UMass Memorial for 3 years, providing clinical and research related support. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, nature, playing disc golf, and spending time with her husband and three teenagers. Ashley and her husband are working towards their goal of playing the best disc golf course in each state and they’ve just finished 35. Stay tuned for our travel adventures!
