Max Hazeltine received his MD from the UMass Chan Medical School in 2017, and his Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in 2011. He is a pediatric surgery resident physician, and took a 2 year sabbatical from his clinical training to focus on research in pediatric liver cancer. His research interest is to identify therapeutic targets in hepatoblastoma using CRISPR.
