About Us
The UMass Chan Small Animal Imaging Core Facility provides preclinical imaging instrumentation to determine biodistribution, targeting and kinetics of biological markers. The Core cameras are used for in vivo and ex vivo detection of optical markers common in molecular and anatomical imaging to support basic research and translational pre-clinical studies. In addition to imaging services, we provide assistance with:
- Experimental design
- Animal protocol development/IACUC protocol and amendments
- Image data analysis
