The Bone Analysis Core provides bone imaging services, bone histology and histomorphometry services.  The main instrument in the facility is a newly purchased microCT35 Scanco camera.  The imaging services also include use of the Inveon Research Workplace software that includes state-of-the-art reconstruction images of the microstructure of specimens.

Under the histology portion of the Core, available services include sectioning and basic staining of rodent bones and static & dynamic histomorphometry.
