Mentorship

Whenever possible first year fellows are paired with a longitudinal faculty preceptor based on common interests, background and expertise. In addition to weekly ambulatory clinic mentorship the faculty provides regular feedback and career guidance. It is common to have more than one mentor for each fellow in our program.
