MDCCC Research Services

Our clinical consultation is complemented by several ongoing research studies at the UMass Chan Center for Psychopharmacologic Research and Treatment, directed by Dr. Anthony J. Rothschild. These research studies investigate the course and treatment of depressive disorders in adults.

Interested patients of the UMass MDCCC will have the opportunity to participate in research studies that offer treatments not yet available in general clinical practice, including investigational antidepressants and neuromodulation.

Our faculty has a strong track record of collaboration with researchers at the UMass Chan Medical School as well as with Departments of Psychiatry throughout the National Network of Depression Centers and throughout the world.
