Spectrum provides a full array of CARF accredited substance abuse services throughout Massachusetts and residential treatment in Carroll County, Maryland. Spectrum's treatment campus, situated on a 16-acre parkland site in Westborough, Massachusetts, serves as the company's flagship. With 182 beds at four levels of care, it is the largest substance abuse treatment facility in New England. Programming includes inpatient detoxification, transitional support services, residential treatment and a newly constructed, state-of-the-art women and children's center. Spectrum also provides a comprehensive array of ambulatory services to clients at various stages of recovery at clinics located across the state.
