Michael Chin, MD, is an assistant professor of Family Medicine & Community Health at UMass Chan Medical School. In 2021, Dr. Chin joined the Medicaid program for the state of Massachusetts (MassHealth), where he currently serves as the medical director for Health Information Technology & Clinical Informatics. Dr. Chin is a physician with board certification in both family medicine and clinical informatics. Prior to joining MassHealth, from 2006 to 2013, Dr. Chin was a senior policy analyst for the Massachusetts Health Insurance Connector, which is the state-sponsored health insurance exchange. From 2006 to 2013, Dr. Chin was a senior policy analyst for the Mass HIway, which is the state-sponsored health information exchange for Massachusetts. |
