Talk Review & Feedback Service

Description

The Talk Review & Feedback Service is a free resource for all faculty members of the UMass Chan Medical School (T.H. Chan School of Medicine, Morningside Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing), designed to help faculty improve their presentation skills and educational effectiveness.

Talk Review & Feedback sessions will be facilitated by Emily Green, PhD, MA, Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Development, and author of Healthy Presentations: How to Craft Exceptional Lectures in Medicine, the Health Professions, and the Biomedical Sciences.

Faculty who would like feedback on a Grand Rounds or conference presentation can schedule a time to practice the talk and get feedback on content organization, slide design, and presentation style.

Teaching faculty who have given a lecture many times may also want to get a fresh perspective on these elements either live, or before giving the talk again.
