Program Highlights

Resident education is an integral step towards life long learning.  We have a "Team Approach" and residents give input into the program changes and curriculum. Beyond clinical training, our Department wants to ensure that our residents are fully prepared to succeed in their career and be leaders in the field. Towards that goal, we have special efforts regarding diversity inclusion and equity, teams and team building, communication skill-building, organizational management, quality improvement, advocacy, professionalism, ethics, and career planning.
