Spinach Kale Souffle
Spinach Kale Soufflé
Ingredients
5 oz. container of fresh Baby Spinach, chopped
1 bunch Kale, finely chopped
1 medium red Onion, chopped
6 cloves Garlic, minced
16 oz. container of Cultured Cottage Cheese
1 cup Aged White Cheddar Cheese, grated
6 large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Sauté onions and garlic, until tender.
- Add greens and sauté until soft.
- Mix eggs, cheese, and seasoning.
- Add onion, garlic, and greens mixture to eggs and pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
