Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts
(Be careful, they’re addictive)
Serves about 4
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 clove garlic minced (optional
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Rinse Brussel sprouts well.
- Remove ends, cut in half and throw in a bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, olive oil salt and pepper.
- Add cleaned Brussel sprouts and mix until coated.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put Brussels sprouts on baking sheet.
- Bake 30 – 35 minutes.
