Cranberry Chutney
Serves: 12+
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ pounds tart apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 – 2 bags cranberries
- 1 cup (try less) honey – local is best
- 1 ¼ cups cider vinegar
- ½ Tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ Tablespoon ginger, ground
- ¾ teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/2 – ¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ pound raisins
Directions:
Place all ingredients in saucepan and cook 25 - 30 minutes.
