Slow-Cooker Mexican Savory Oat
Ingredients:
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup red pepper finely chopped (may need to peel)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon ground oregano
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and cook for 2-4 hours on low heat.
