Strawberry Banana Green Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 minutes Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach, stems removed (if needed)
- ¼ bunch dandelion greens, chopped, stems removed (if needed)
- ½ cup parsley, stems removed
- ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 small banana
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
