Banana Avocado Lime Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes               Makes: 2 cups
 
Ingredients:
½ avocado
1 small banana
Juice of ½ lime
¼ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup organic, unsweetened coconut water
 
Directions:
1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
