Mango Peach Salsa
Prep Time: 5 minutes Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 large peach, peeled and diced
1/4 red onion, minced
Juice of ½ lime
Handful of cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Add more onion or a pinch of salt to your taste.
Goes great over a salad, with tacos or scoop it up with sweet potato chips!
