Almond Flour Muffins
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of avocado oil (you can use all or part canola oil as well)
- 1 1/8 cups unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp honey – local is best
- 1 3/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 1/4 cups almond flour
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Put in muffin pans and bake at 300 degrees F for about 50-60 minutes.
