Chelsea is a recent Pre-Medical Biology graduate from Worcester State University, and brings a refreshing approach to clinical research. Chelsea was integrated into the Rheumatology Division as a student in the Pipeline for underRepresented Students in Medicine (PRISM) and has seamlessly transferred into the research team. She has diligently worked to coordinate many lupus and rheumatoid arthritis trials and excels in patient communication and outreach. With great eagerness and determination, Chelsea strives to increase diverse research participation to ensure an equitable representation of populations in need.

Md Tanimul Islam is a dedicated clinical research coordinator, whose commitment to excellence in clinical investigations is evident in his meticulous approach to improving patient outcomes. Holding an MBBS degree from Bangladesh and an MPH from UMass Lowell, he brings a wealth of clinical expertise to his role. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in healthcare, Md Tanimul Islam exhibits a profound passion for advancing medical knowledge through rigorous research methodologies. Md Tanimul Islam's blend of academic acumen and practical proficiency positions him as a valued contributor to the field of clinical research.
Mohan Pahari

Mohan Pahari received his medical degree from School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China 2001. He earned a post-doctoral research fellow degree at UMass Chan Medical School and is currently serving as a primary coordinator for multiple clinical trials of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Rheumatic Arthritis. Fluent in both Mandarin and Hindi languages, Mohan brings several years of clinical research and has been part of cutting-edge clinical studies. Under the supervision of Dr. Roberto Caricchio, Mohan is hopeful to find a solution to many unanswered questions about lupus, and ultimately be an active research member to find a cure for lupus to help ease patients' pain.
