The standard cross-registration form is used to process intercampus registrations. Once the form is completed with the required signatures on your home campus, the registration is processed for the student between the Registrar’s Offices at each campus, beginning with the home campus. 

Vicki Vital (vvital@umassd.edu), the graduate admin assistant, will work with students to get the form processed with Ben Baumann (bbaumann@umassd.edu) in the Registrar’s office at UMD. Students should submit the form to Vicki.
