Harnessing Non-Conscious Processes to Improve Medical Diagnostic Visual Search

We use high speed video eye-tracking to detect abnormalities that are consciously missed by doctors. These nonconscious processes are capable of locating abnormalities even when they are not consciously available for report. In short, I see you see “ICUC”, even when you don’t. We use machine learning of these these non-conscious expert processes that are not available for conscious report to detect abnormalities that would have otherwise been missed.
