STEPS is a resource center for young adults between the ages of 18 and 25. It provides a safe, supportive environment where they can get the help they need as they transition to independent living. Learn more about STEPS.
The Transformation Center is a peer-operated training, technical assistance, and peer support networking organization. The Center seeks to transform policy and practice in communities and systems. They do this by facilitating the growth and well-being of people in all stages of mental health recovery from addiction and traumatic experiences.

TRACS is a transition age youth program that serves 16- to 25-year-olds who are currently in treatment for mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use issues. They focus on family, relationships, education, employment, and other young-adult issues.
TRACS connects clients with mentors and peers who have shared similar experiences. The mentors can provide firsthand advice on overcoming challenges, gaining independence, and achieving success. Learn more about TRACS.
Transitions promotes full participation in socially valued roles of transition age youth and young adults (ages 14 to 30) with serious mental health conditions.
