Please meet a few members of our team

Katherine Ribeiro, MBA has a background in health care, financial analysis and academic administration.   She worked for almost ten years for a multi-site neuropsychology practice and previously worked for Fidelity Investments, Fleet Bank and Bain and Company. Her educational background includes an MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Most recently Katherine was an academic administrator at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She lives in Central Massachusetts where she enjoys the abundance of delightful hiking trails and nature walks.

Kristy has worked continuously in the medical field since 2008 when she started as a medical assistant. She later pursued leadership roles such as supervisor and lead MA after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in healthcare management in 2017. Kristy dedicated 16 years of her career with Steward health care working within a large internal medicine multispecialty outpatient practice. When not working she loves spending all her time with her husband and three children. Some of her favorite things are animals, shopping, a nice cup of coffee, going to the beach and she is always looking to try new and exciting things.

Michael Blando, has a long history in healthcare with over 18 years of experience. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, with a minor in HIM in ’20, and has an Associate in Finance & Investments. He’s worked with Sports Medicine North for 10 years, and successfully managed multi clinics for CareWell Urgent Care. Michael lives in Lowell, MA with his partner and cat. On weekends you can find him at Nick’s Comics in Danvers, MA.
