      • April 12, 2021: Medical Faculty Associates joins trial testing of maternal mental health app
        Lia DeGroot and Michelle Vassilev interviewed Dr. Byatt for an article in The GW Hatchet (George Washington University’s independent student newspaper). The story is about a maternal mental health product that lets new mothers track their mental health and is developed by the company Babyscripts.

      • Jan. 15, 2020: 'A lifeline' for doctors helps them treat postpartum depression
        Read and listen to this National Public Radio (NPR) story featuring Drs. Byatt and Moore Simas. Nearly 1 in 7 women become depressed during pregnancy or postpartum. "Every time a woman is seen by an obstetrics provider, it is an opportunity to detect depression, educate them about it and to really engage them in treatment," says Dr. Byatt, who helped launch MCPAP for Moms.
