Faculty Recruitment Toolkit

This toolkit serves as a comprehensive resource designed to streamline and enhance the process of hiring new faculty members to UMass Chan. The Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA), the Diversity and Inclusion Office (DIO) and the Office of Health Equity (OHE) aim to provide a standardized and efficient approach to faculty recruitment, offering guidelines, templates, and essential information to hiring departments.
