Message from the Program DirectorThe Clinical Informatics Fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School is a two year, ACGME-accredited program. The program is sponsored by the Department of Medicine, however, we welcome and consider applicants from any specialty who have completed, or will complete, an accredited residency program. We also welcome applicants who have been working as clinicians or clinical researchers. Our core faculty have years of experience with both applied clinical and academic informatics. The Epic electronic health record at UMass Memorial Health has over 2.6 million unique patients in the system and that continues to expand as our health system enlarges.
