Mentorship

All fellows are assigned a mentor from the GI faculty. Assigned mentors will precept all fellow-led conferences and serve as a general guide over three years of training, helping fellows adjust to fellowship, acting as a resource for day-to-day work and providing guidance for a career as a gastroenterologist. Additionally, fellows can choose other mentors based on research or career interests as they progress through training.
