Application Information
Fellows must be graduates of ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency programs or licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physicians Assistants.
Per request of the UMass Graduate Medical Education Department, we do not accept J-1 visa applicants.
Applications may be sent any time after July 1st for the fellowship year beginning August 1st of the following year.
Applications comprise:
- Letter of Interest in the Fellowship
- Curriculum Vitae
- Three letters of Reference, including one from the applicant’s residency program director.
- Copy of USMLE or COMLEX scores
Application materials should be sent via email or regular mail to Dr. Bolduc (see “Meet Our Fellowship Director.”)
Fellowship acceptance is rolling and the total number of fellows each year will vary depending on the number of available clinical sites. Accepted applicants are encouraged to begin the process of applying for Massachusetts licensure in January of the year their fellowship will begin.
