Welcome to the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at the UMass Chan School of Medicine!
We are dedicated to training generations of palliative care experts to provide compassionate, evidence-based, interdisciplinary care for seriously ill patients and their families to improve quality of life and reduce physical, emotional and spiritual suffering.
We mentor fellows as servant leaders committed to social justice, teaching, quality improvement and research to grow the field of palliative care locally, regionally and nationally. Our program is ACGME-accredited and trains two fellows per year.
